Quality Control

As an integral part of the Hellenic Shipyards activities the Surface Ships Quality Control engulfs two of the company’s major trades: new constructions and, ship repair and conversion.

In meeting and promoting the Quality Management System of the company, the Division’s Quality Control activity issues all suitable documentation for the evaluation, verification and validation of quality control test results and applies all necessary controls to all stages of production, including steel construction, mechanical, electrical, electronic and weapon engineering works.

Highly qualified quality control production inspectors and quality engineers, who are continuously trained, are involved in fulfilling all quality system requirements, and by contacting with customer representatives, achieve customer satisfaction and assure the high quality standard of the final product.
